The mechanics are already our own skeleton. It gives form, stiffness and function to our whole. The only one that ensures extremely precise positioning as other bones are below our strength and is above all robustly designed. We at Zest-Innovate have experts in the field of mechanics for both high-precision precision parts and robust parts that cannot be broken. We design the parts after the function for which they are intended and to achieve the function as effectively as possible.
This allows us to efficiently and cost-effectively make what is expected of the device, machine or product. In addition to designing, we also have the tools to make the correct calculation (forces and stiffnesses, tolerance analyses, etc.) and simulations (motion simulations, FEM, etc.). Our engineers are not only involved in the design, but also contribute during the construction, test and delivery of the projects. This ensures that we can work efficiently and do not lose sight of the set goal. And by testing these design theories eleven in practice, we also continue to improve ourselves.
