We had the opportunity to present our vision on inclusive automation at WAA Group in Venlo, where we, the concept and the concrete examples were well received.
Inclusive automation can be done in two ways:
To increase productivity per employee, without losing jobs.
Allowing someone with lower productivity to perform higher-level work.
In addition to this socially responsible application in sheltered employment and its partners, we also see more and more places for this form of automation. Full automation is sometimes expensive and the available labour capacity cannot simply be expanded.
