For the assembly of a 1000 kg high-tech module, our customer was looking for a solution to make both the top and bottom easily accessible for operators. In addition, a reversal of the module is required for placing it on qualification tools.
The team developed this solution. A rotation tool with detachable interfaces, specially designed for effortless and safe manipulation. Thanks to the large gear ratio, the heavy module can be rotated manually without effort.
