ZEST-Innovate has extensive experience in developing tooling. Whether for assembly, welding or soldering molds, auxiliary tools, or full ergonomic mounting cell with step-by-step instructions and checks. ZEST-Innovate invests in the relationship with the customer, in order to find a solution that works best for this customer.

The tooling aims to relieve the operator, so that he or she can, for example, easily assemble, weld or solder without the need for an extra pair of hands. The molds can vary from electromechanical systems with different control options to molds made of laser-cut sheet metal for, for example, welding pipes. Or ensure that the products that are made are immediately 100% complete control (by means of sensors and / or cameras).

The attachments developed by ZEST-Innovate can vary from attachments for an oment key to fully equipped carts/workstations.
