Protobuilder (Mechatronics Technician)

Our projects are challenging, innovative and very diverse. As a Mechatronic Technician within our technical engineering firm, you are responsible for building, assembling and testing new devices and systems. These devices are developed based on specific customer needs and must meet the agreed quality requirements. You play a crucial role in realizing high-quality technical solutions that meet both functional and quality requirements.

Activities: 

• Construction and assembly: Building complex devices and systems according to technical drawings, diagrams and specifications. 
• Testing and quality assurance: Performing tests and measurements on the assembled systems to check whether they meet the established quality requirements and specifications of the customer (in consultation with the project team). 
• Troubleshooting: Resolving technical problems that may occur during the construction and testing phase and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure the functionality and quality of the system. 
• Collaboration: Working closely with engineers, designers and other team members to coordinate the entire production process and ensure that the system meets the stated requirements. 
• Quality control: Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during the construction and testing of the systems.

What we ask: 

• Education Level 4 Secondary vocational education.(WTB, Mechatronics, Electro) or comparable; 
• Demonstrable experience in building technical systems and how to get them working; 
• Knowledge and experience with reading both mechanical and electrical drawings Inventive in problem solving and accuracy; 
• Good communication skills, command of Dutch and (preferably) English; 
• Team player; 
• Great sense of responsibility and quality consciousness.
